"Phillip is amazing at his job, he really knows his stuff. Catherine manages everything at the office end, she is efficient and polite and always follows up. A lot of businesses send out younger technicians who are cheaper and have to come back more than once to get it right. Phillip has decades of experience, is always polite and makes great efforts to come when there is a breakdown. One time he stopped by at 7:30pm (at our request) because our system had a problem on one of the hottest days of the year. We have multiple properties and use Vader for them all.
